We always do taco Tuesday for the whole family. Food is always prepped quickly for PU and staff is friendly. Only complaint (not regarding this location) is that the salsa bar on the app has not been working so we get salsa at the salsa bar ourselves at the location. Keep up the good work Rubios crew!
The fried fish taco was all breading and half of it didn't have any fish in it. Just a shell of breading like the fish fell out. Did not care for the red cabbage slaw.
I was very impressed by this Rubio’s in Carlsbad. The menu was really easy to use, and every little crisp and detail in my lunch was well earned. Thank you so much. There was always people in line but never a long line!
Terrible Rubios….no one is at the front counter to greet you, to take your order, to answer any questions…you have to order at a kiosk. Someone does come out from the kitchen to bring the food out but that is it. Everything else is do it yourself. Very sad Rubios…this place used to be jam packed when we lived here years ago. Today it was just us and one other table.
