I tried Rubios for the first time and really enjoyed it! Immediate service and great customer service. Dallas asked if I was ordering there or coming in for pick up. I let him know I would use one of the order screens and he kindly offered to take my order directly, I appreciated his smile and the friendly interaction as I have been having a rough day. Definitely coming back for the full experience again. Thank you!!!! Keep up the great customer service! It was refreshing.
Their meat and fish is top notch (and we are very picky). My husband and I have declared Rubios better than chipotle. We love their salsas, sauces, and quality of food. Their prices are very reasonable as well. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and extremely thorough. So thankful this delicious, fresh place is close to us!
We had an exceptional experience at the Goodyear location. The service was fast, very clean, and the staff was very helpful and patient. Ethan was very professional, polite, and extremely attentive. Thank you for a great first experience for us.
