Staff was not friendly, slow Saturday afternoon. The food came out luke warm. Disappointing food and service. Don't think I'll be back. Better options available in the area.
I've always liked Rubios, especially on Taco Tuesday, when I often treat myself to more fish tacos than you can shake a fishing rod at. Their menu concepts are simple, fresh and delicious. Who doesn't take full advantage of their salsa bar and lunch ad up on all the bonus flavors?
I used to frequent this Rubio’s up until a few weeks ago when i went to lunch with my mom. I was eating my california bowl when all the sudden i found a HUGE glob of fat or a booger or something nasty that left me feeling sick. I brought the 1-2 inch sized ball of blob to the manager and told him i wanted to vomit. Instead of apologizing, he got upset with me, not wanting to deal with it….so his EMPLOYEE had to take matters into his own hands and gave me a refund.
