I have gone to Dr Rubio when he was still at bafield with my dog that passed 4 years ago. I was so happy for him when he started his own pet hospital. Dr. Rubio is a kind smart man. He doesn't try to go for the more expensive procedure he takes time and explains what he thinks the best option is. His techs are all sweet and caring. I just had to go with him to put my dog down a couple months ago. I highly recommend Rubio Pet Hospital. We drove down to Florida from Ohio for some vacation and brought along our dogs. One of them is older and has hip problems. He was obviously in a lot of pain from the trip and Dr. Rubio saw him immediately. We were certain Midnight would need to be put down. Our vet at home has not been able to find the right treatment for him. After blood work, X-rays and exam, we realized Midnight had more arthritis issues.
