Alan at Rubio was awesome, I was calling Ryobi for service on my buffer and they kept giving me the run around, plus they were out of the country and really didn’t understand what they were representing. I called their certified service repair places and they did not seem to want the job. Finally I got in touch with Rubio Electric and Alan was honest and the most helpful. He got my repair claim approved the next morning. If you want it done right the first time then please use this company.
