Just for context: I called my insurance to see who's in the network so that I can receive mental services, and they recommended this place. After I got off the phone, I decided to do my research. The first thing I saw was all these nasty reviews on Google, and I thought, "Well, it can't be that bad; let me try for myself." Wrong! I've been procrastinating with calling someone for a long time now due to being anxious & nervous. I've never seen a therapist before, but know I need help & hopefully can benefit from it. Anyway..I finally called, unfortunately starting with this one. If I could give 0 stars I would. Utterly disgusting establishment. The help, the doctors. Everyone was ignorant and horrible.
Yikes. Unprofessional front desk. They called me 23 minutes before my first time appointment, while I was on my way, to tell me they cancelled my appointment and would have to call me back to reschedule. Their excuse was that I did not call them back to confirm my appointment. Okay, understood... but wait... calling me 23 minutes before the appointment? Also we booked this appointment on a Friday for the following Tuesday? Other places usually call you days before to confirm. You also get a text or email to follow. Instead I... read more
