Nice facility. Very great staff. The doctors and nurses are very considerate of your worries.
Dr’s and nurses are great no complaints there. However they never answer the phones and when you leave a message they say they will return call In 24 hours but it will never come.
I have always had excellent experiences with the Poteau Clinic refilling my RX’s!
Can never answer the phone and likes to reschedule last minute my daughter was supposed to get her shots next week but like usually no one ever answers or when they do it’s always rescheduling I’m really sick of this place doing this someone needs to see why Shawna can’t ever answer the freaking phone my god
