Amazingly helpful!! Whenever my husband or I have a back issue we travel from CT to NYC just to see Peggy Rubin! She is so good at what she does and at diagnosis. My mother was having a very painful shoulder issue. Two doctors and a CT chiropractor all told her something different...use heat and don't exercise, use cold and do exercise, do physical therapy ...it was so frustrating and none of it helped. Granted, she's my sister. But I still tell you she is as good a doctor as I have seen. By treating a friend of mine holistically, she saved her from major surgery, and on the other hand got me to out of her care to a hospital when she recognized I needed that. I recommend her to all. When I lived or worked closer to her, I was in her office regularly, and I would still be if I didn't live out of state.
Best wellness provider in NYC. Hands down. I went into her office not really walking correctly and left running up and down the subway steps. Peggy is the best, more experience and knowledge than most in her profession. I cannot wait till I'm back in NYC to get some more work done.
