They never answer calls they go straight to voicemail. Been trying to follow up with my claim since December 2024, it’s almost May, 2025. Idk why this insurance is still in business. Front desk lady that speaks in the voicemail leave a message is super rude. Front desk lady sounds bothered to answer the phone when that is her job!! This place needs to shut down!
I literally dialed every single number in their directory and NO ONE answer the phone, all the calls were directed to voice mail.
Horrible attention to customers, unable/unwilling to help.
