My mom got her haircut here back in May. The stylist cut her hair much shorter than she requested. During the appointment, the stylist also randomly commented that my mom has a small head, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Overall, the experience left my mom disappointed with both the haircut and the interaction.
I had such a great experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. Jessie really listened to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The salon was clean, relaxing, and had such a good atmosphere.
I have been coming here for over 7 years, I’ve always had great service. Anything from a haircut to going from dark brown to platinum blonde! My hair was done beautifully for my wedding and whenever I need a touch under they always welcome me. I’ve always been treated with respect and kindness, and they have always been very flexible if I need to reschedule or if I’m in a time crunch. I have been coming to this salon since I was a teen (im in my 30s now) and I've loved every experience! The salon is located in a convenient plaza with plenty of parking in Ceres. It is a cute and clean facility. I recommend any of the girls since Rocio, Tila or Jessica have all worked on my hair. The ladies here have bleached, colored, styled, cut and treated my hair for so many years with such care.Each one brings countless years of experience and care.
