RecommendedThe staff in this store is absolutely amazing I needed to get 6 characters from the wizard of Oz together for an after Halloween costume party and they helped me sooooo much I will be going back again and again, good quality, great atmosphere and you can tell that the employees genuinely enjoy working there!!!!!!

The sales reps were so helpful. They were like my own personal shopping assistant. Some of the prices were a little high for the quality. Most were reasonably priced. Lots and lots of selections and organized by themes. You want to stay for hours just looking at everything. ***parental warning*** I traveled with a child, may I suggest a bathroom. There aren't places nearby as options either. Also, some of the decorations are life sized animatronic and very scary for little ones.

Thanks for making me cry with your suicide scar costume complete with fake razor blade. What is this world coming to?? Obviously no one at Rubies has had to deal with the issue of suicide first hand, but believe me, no one is amused with this costume. I will NEVER do business with this company! EVER!
