I had a horrible experience with Rubies Braids. I booked an appointment for braids and even sent a deposit. I arrived on time, reached out when I was running a few minutes late, and tried calling/texting once I got to the address. Despite my efforts, I was completely ignored and ghosted. She never showed up and kept my deposit. Very unprofessional and disappointing — I would not recommend booking here.

I had an amazing experience getting my hair braided! Claudia is incredibly talented, professional, and fast. My braids came out flawless, neat, precise, and exactly how I wanted them. The entire process was comfortable, and she made sure I was happy with the style every step of the way. I’ve received so many compliments, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-quality braiding!
