My dad was in respite for a short while and he became a permanent resident for a couple of months. The care for him was awful and there was lack of communication between the staff and family members. I would not recommend Rubidge retirement home to anyone. Judy Collins

My father was in Rubidge for respite then as a permanent resident for 3 months. The care was not good, poor communication between care manager and family and extra paid outside help. The Rubidge manager was excellent when problems were brought to her attention, very quick to try and get answers. The woman on the front desk during the week was efficient, attentive and helpful.
