I’m honestly really disappointed with the lawn care service for our HOA. The quality has been consistently poor — the grass is cut unevenly, and there are multiple areas that are completely missed during mowing. On top of that, the weed control seems nonexistent, and the edging along sidewalks and curbs is not being maintained at all. Another frustrating issue is that after mowing, the sidewalks are often left covered in grass clippings instead of being blown clean. I’m referring to your service and the way you treat people. Don’t try to make up lies to avoid a well-deserved bad review.
