Rubi HVAC is fantastic! From the office staff to the installers. We had a furnace replaced and an air conditioner installed recently by the crew at Rubi and they made the whole process look easy. This was my first time using Rubi Heating and Cooling, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly before beginning the work. It’s not easy finding a company you can trust, but Rubi definitely earned my confidence. I’ll absolutely be using them again for any future HVAC needs!
Hopefully their install and services are better than their drivers. Just had one of their drivers tailing me as I was going speed limit down oak st. In Hillsboro. He chose to swerved behind me cutting the car next to us off and speeding past us, in and out of cars down a busy Main Street. Pretty embarrassing to be erratically driving with a company branded vehicle.
Overall, I would not recommend this company. They were not experienced or professional when it came to servicing our HVAC system. We live in a new build community and got a recommendation from our local Facebook group for this company. We called for a basic service and after they left, we heard a hissing/leaking sound coming from the mini split unit downstairs. Before the service we had no issues at all with our hvac system.
