Overall, I would not recommend this company. They were not experienced or professional when it came to servicing our HVAC system. We live in a new build community and got a recommendation from our local Facebook group for this company. We called for a basic service and after they left, we heard a hissing/leaking sound coming from the mini split unit downstairs. Before the service we had no issues at all with our hvac system. 2025 Update - the folks at Rubi Heating & Cooling in Hillsboro continue to provide great service, great communication, and great value - choose this company with confidence. They just performed preventive maintenance on our furnace and AC units, and installed a new thermostat, and offered good advice to us.
