One of Audie’s new tenants just locked himself out on Easter Sunday. Audie just unlocked the door for one of him despite being in the middle of cooking Family Dinner. It’s hard to imagine a nicer landlord.
I wanted to update my review! I have now been at my home for a year! I cant express how much i really appreciate and value my landlord, my heat went out and it was fixed within a few hours of me calling it in, not only did they have to replace some parts but they had to have 2 different companies come out on a Saturday!! That means they care about their residents, they treat them like family! I feel safe and comfortable knowing that my landlord has my back!! I moved into my new home from Rubey Reality in November and I could not tell you how quickly I felt like I was at home. I have never felt so comfortable and welcomed in a new home before. I also would like to say that we have had some maintenance things come up, but I dont have to worry about those becoming big issues because with our landlords or rental company; they attend to those needs with excellent services and within reasonable time.
