(Fried my hair) They are super nice here, great environment and have done my hair amazingly in the past. On the other hand, I don’t know if the lady that did my hair well works here anymore. The Portuguese lady that works here did not do a single bleach test and dove straight into bleaching/doing a balayage. Basically paid $300 for them to bleach off my hair. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I originally called to inquire about a keratin treatment and was quoted up to $250, with a haircut costing $50–$60. Since I had previously received the treatment for around $200, I asked if there was any flexibility on pricing. I was told that we could discuss it when I came in. Once I arrived, I explained that I wanted a keratin treatment because protein treatments had not worked well for my hair in the past.
