I am so sad that Dr Seaver retired in 2025. I have been seeing him since 2017. He is a great doctor now I am having to wait to see if this new replacement doctor, by the name of Doctor Woo is going to take my insurance. I was supposed to see Dr. Sievert in July of 2025. This is such a hassle
Dr. Ruben Steever is a great doctor But the office needs to hire new receptionist because I’m honestly getting tired of calling and they never answer or call back This is the third time I show up to the office so I can get what needs to be done Nobody has time for this I work so much, I would like to enjoy my day off ! and get things done through the phone! This is ridiculous and when I show up these girls barely don’t do nothing in the office. They just sit there. It’s barely busy.
I went to visit Dr.Sievert’s office with my son …It was a great visit from beginning to end ! The ladies at the front desk Janette,Ashelyne,Krisia,Angie & Esther were all so warm, friendly and professional!🩷 His nurses were very attentive and helpful! Dr.Sievert is the Best! Extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient answering all of our questions!! Would definitely recommend visiting this office!!
Horrible experience, while Dr Sievert himself is a great doctor, whoever is answering the phone has a nasty and hostile actitud! A simple call for a reschedule appointment ended up on her screaming and being straight up rude, questioning and judging PERSONAL reasons as to why the appointment was missed, this situation when on for two different calls with months in between. Hopefully she’ll find a job that’ll suit her, because customer service is not it.
