I saw Dr. TORREZ for the first time. He was very kind, explained everything on my x-rays, had answers to all my questions. Hes a very good doctor and very caring. The staff was great! Everyone was kind and helpful.
Dr Torrez was very prompt in coming into the office to see me. He was very attentive and listened carefully as I described what was going on with my shoulder. He gave me options after showing me the radiographs and was very understanding about what direction I wanted to go in combination with what he thought was best. Thankfully, we were on the same page. I appreciated that he completely understood my anxiety about an MRI and was more than willing to give me a referral that was going to work for me.
And the whole team was amazing they didn't have a clue who I was or where I was from but they didn't hesitate and solving my problem thank you all for everything.
Dr. Torrez & staff were cordial, efficient & knowledgeable. I recommend this facility & staff.
