Receptionist was friendly and inviting. Dr. Torrez kind compassionate caring and knowledgeable. Nursing staff needs lessons on customer service. 3 out of 5 stars.
I had previously in the week taken my daughter to another facility (AWF) for her shoulder. She plays volleyball, so when she attacks the ball she was experiencing some pain. The other facility's PA was very dry and didn't seem to want to see her or listen to what we said. So, I called EmergeOrtho for an appt. I am super glad I did!!
