He's quick but very gentle. He has a good and happy spirit about him.
My first visit to the clinic was on what was clearly a very busy day. I appreciated everyone I interacted with for treating me with the utmost kindness and respect, despite their workload. They were very organized and patient oriented. Dr. Torres was amazing and made sure to take his time in the exam room with me. The sonographer was also especially kind and thorough and made me comfortable and excited for my new journey.
Torres is always happy when coming in to see his patients , I love how he really takes good care of you and answer all your questions . He is just so amazing & I will never change my doctors
I really do recommend Dr. Torres! Every time I’ve come in he’s been so caring, he listens, and makes sure that I’ve asked all the questions I went in with. The office staff is so sweet as well. Never have I had a problem with appointment scheduling or getting any documents that I’ve needed. I’m so glad I chose him as my OB/GYN.
Visit was quick and Dr. Torres is very helpful and makes the visit very comfortable.

Very clean, organized and prompt!
Dr Ruben Torres is so rude. He is NOT compassionate at all especially when my family member needed emergency surgery for a cyst the size of a basketball. She couldn’t even. Walk . Dr Ruben Torres wanted her to wait one whole week to remove the cyst . We had to wait on him . My understanding g is if a dr is on call he is on call. That means if he is on call and it’s an emergency this is priority. He wants to be on call, delivery babies, see patients in his office . The visit was good. Dr. Torres was kind and courteous. The wait was too long. My appointment was at 2:30 and I didn’t go in to see him until 4:30.
