In 2005 treated for conjested heart failure By both Dr. R S Velasquez and Dr. M Borde. Dr. Velasquez as a M.D. gets a poor rating from me because of the inferior treatment I Received from his care. In part he was insufficient in his professional care and on several occasions he suggested that I may have had prior illicite illegal drug use.
