Dr. Espinoza is very good at his job, I got nothing bad to say about him, but the time in the waiting area is just CRAZY! I am tired of waiting for more than an hour just to be taken to the back room and the 30 plus minutes waiting IN THE ROOM! for my kid to be seen. Honestly i dont feel that they respect the appointment times. So, due to the waiting time I am happily changing my kids to another pediatrics clinic.
I have been a patient of Dr espinoza for over 10 years he is a wonderful and caring. I never had a issue with him or any practicices. On 1/20 this receptionist called me up when checking my son in for his appointment asking for Dcs paperwork asking if my case was closed. I stated it's closed and my son has seen dr Espinoza numerous whats the issue she stated that my son could not be seen without paperwork I stated Dr espinoza knows my case is closed. Made an appointment for my son after specifically requesting a pediatrician that would see my son because he’s 17. A previous Dr from the same office canceled last minute due to his age. They informed me Dr Espinoza would accept my son as a new patient. Sent text and confirmed appointment. Called and left a voicemail the Friday before his Monday appointment canceling due to his age. This office clearly does not care for children, only money as they clearly show no empathy that my son needs to see a Dr.
