There aren't enough words to express how grateful I am for everything my real estate agent Ruben Gallardo did for me. From day one, he was responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and always one step ahead. He didn't just do his job—he went far beyond it. He met with contractors when I couldn't, and handled countless details that made an incredibly emotional process so much easier. His expertise was outstanding. I truly enjoyed working with Ruben. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I nicknamed him, the Strong arm any problem that came up. He helped solve it. If he didn’t know the solution, he researched it fast and efficient. He went out of his way to make sure all went well. We love Ruben. He has a 10 star rating in my book.
Working with Ruben was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As a first-time home seller, I had a lot of questions and uncertainty going into the process, but Ruben made everything feel manageable and clear. He took the time to walk me through every step with detailed explanations, ensuring I always understood what was happening and what to expect next. Ruben was very helpful in navigating a purchase of a property with many repair issues including termites. He went above and beyond what we expected of him as an agent. He worked as if he was also purchasing and really helped us including hiring contractors to perform the tasks. He continued to provide help well past the closing of the property. Since we are not local his support was extremely valuable. If you are planning on selling or buying a property Ruben would be a great choice as an agent
Ruben is a trustworthy, reliable, and dedicated real estate agent—you absolutely can't go wrong by having him help you find a home.
