    The doctor is great but his office staff is the absolute worst! My son had an urgent issue and no appointments until September. I asked if they have any other doctors they can refer to that may have earlier appointments. They had no idea and told us to go to the ER...who in their right mind would go to an ER in the middle of a pandemic?!

    Did you feel safe in this urologist's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider maintain a professional appearance?     Does this urologist promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did you feel safe in this urologist's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was this urologist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond
