I always have a good experience. Not only are the reps very knowledgeable and have great customer service but I feel the same with the assistants as welll as with Dr. James. Dr. James is professional and personable.
I was referred here years ago & I can't even think of leaving. Besides being in a great location, everyone is friendly & helpful. Then the communicate is great. When you call they answer & they respond to emails & voicemails in a timely manner. The best dentist office in the world.
