This store discriminates a lot, a few years ago my mom was told “no fat here” at first I thought she was lying but today I visited the mall again, and this rude woman working there snatches the dress from my hand and asked what size I was, I proceeded to tell her large and despite that dress being large she didn’t let me try it on and just completely refused to let me look for other dresses or try them on

The lady at this place stopped me from picking and trying on more than 4 dresses . Very upset because my daughter was of course undecided on picking her school dance dress . Would not recommend going here if you have a teen!

The dresses are very beautiful, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The owners of the store didn’t allow me to try on the dresses calmly—they kept rushing me just because they were “going to lunch.” One of the women even nearly walked into the fitting room while I was trying on prom dresses, and every 3 or 4 minutes she would ask if I was done. I went in this store earlier this week to look for a dress/outfit for an upcoming trip I have but when I first stopped in, it was brief because I had a short amount of time before I had to get my daughter from school. Before I left the female owner came up to me letting me know I had 10 mins until they closed for their lunch break. I skimmed the racks quickly and had to leave but told the owner I'd be back. The employees were very rude and were not helpful. They saw me and my friend trying on dresses and were harassing us. While we were in a dressing room the employee came knocking on our doors and telling us we need to hurry up and would not give us time to actually try the dresses on. Also as soon as we came out the dressing room she was waiting and grabbed the stuff out of our hands and started talking to the other employees in a different language while staring at us.
