They sent a faulty product, insinuated that I didn’t know how to use a stamp and then refused to provide a new stamp or a refund. Instead, they offered 15% off on a reorder of the same product.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL. We give ZERO stars. This company is violating Federal Laws by Conspiring Against the Rights of Its Customers and Depriving its Customers of their Rights Under the Color of Law. Title 18 USC 241 & 242. There is another review posted here regarding this same discriminatory and IGNORANT practice by these very ignorant people. I ordered a Rubber stamp and received a Photopolymer stamp. The product was clearly marked as a "Rubber" stamp on their website. What I received was an inferior (and less expensive to make) Photopolymer stamp which offers inferior detail and a shorter shelf life than a traditional rubber stamp.

I have ordered PE stamps from Rubber Stamps Unlimited on three separate occasions. Every order was filled promptly and accurately. My most recent order was made on Thursday with a promised deliver by the following Tuesday. My stamp arrived two days early.

The custom stamp that we created turned out perfectly!! So pleased with it. From beginning to end the process to create our stamp was seamless. The staff at The Stamp Maker were professional and quick when it came to make slight changes to our proof and we couldn't be happier with the final product. Thank you!
