Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every time I call, Dean is always so rude and unprofessional. I work in customer service and would never speak to my customers the way he spoke to me. I called to place and order and his exact words were, "Everything you just told me I didn't write down because I am busy. You can email this order in if you would like." The only reason I even use RHG is because they are the only ones that have what my customer is looking for most of the time.
