What a disappointment. Called about product needed. They said they had it. Drove 45 minutes to location to find out they did not have the correct product or the size needed. 38 minutes for v then to figure this out. Drove 6 minutes to crowder bros hardware For exactly what I needed in 4.5 minutes. Crazy.... . Don't even attempt going.
I called today and was surprised by how unprofessional the experience was. The person who answered simply ended the call without saying anything no greeting, no explanation, nothing. A simple acknowledgment or courtesy would have gone a long way. Very disappointing first impression.
