Liked them just fine until today. Called with no answer or recording, so drove over to find place locked up with no note or nothing on the door. Finally looked on their facebook page and see they posted a blurb about closing up shop. Awesome, how about some notice to your customers that have you as their selected Ford Service Center in their MY Ford app.or the ones that have parts ordered through you for recalls on their cars that have been waiting for months. Real Professional!!!!

I ordered a new 2108 Ford Escape Titanium with a lot of help from Jim B. I was able to get exactly what I want and only had to wait 6weeks for it to be made at the factory and shipped over. I absolutely LOVE my new escape. I picked up my car from Rub Ford on a Saturday evening and even though they closed at 4pm, Jim stayed over to wait for me.
