Service was good, but the kitchen was terrible. Poor food and it took forever!
I would give this place less than 1 star if I could. We went there with another couple before a concert. It was pretty busy but our food took well over an hour. The server was excellent (Alex) and he tried his best to make us happy. I ordered the brisket sandwich and it was without a doubt the worst brisket I have ever tasted. I couldn't even bite it or chew it. I told the waiter but I regret not telling the manager. We had 3 other couples join us a few minutes later and their food also took forever. Great service and wonderful food, staff was friendly and attentive to our large group!
Horrible service. We waited over 45 minutes for our food, didn't get what we ordered, and could not get a manager when we asked to speak to one. When someone finally did come talk to us,not a manager by the way, he had a major attitude and didn't seem to care that we were upset with our service. Anyone that knows me, knows that I do not complain at a restaurant because I don't want my food messed with. But today's experience was ridiculous. All we were told was that they were busy.
