Service was good, but the kitchen was terrible. Poor food and it took forever!
I would give this place less than 1 star if I could. We went there with another couple before a concert. It was pretty busy but our food took well over an hour. The server was excellent (Alex) and he tried his best to make us happy. I ordered the brisket sandwich and it was without a doubt the worst brisket I have ever tasted. I couldn't even bite it or chew it. I told the waiter but I regret not telling the manager. We had 3 other couples join us a few minutes later and their food also took forever. Horrible service. We waited over 45 minutes for our food, didn't get what we ordered, and could not get a manager when we asked to speak to one. When someone finally did come talk to us,not a manager by the way, he had a major attitude and didn't seem to care that we were upset with our service. Anyone that knows me, knows that I do not complain at a restaurant because I don't want my food messed with. But today's experience was ridiculous. All we were told was that they were busy.
