RecommendedThey are very honest and try their best to explain what needs done (even to someone who knows nothing about cars). My family has went to them several times throughout the years and we have never had any issues with the people who work there nor have we ever had issues after the repairs. Absolutely recommend!
These folks have been taking care of our vehicles for several years now. If you're looking for honest mechanics who really know their stuff and will look out for what's best for you, please use them for your repairs. I trust them as much as my own father for handling my car and I can't give any higher endorsement than that.

Joe and Alex do a great job. You find out how reputable a business by how they respond when something goes wrong. One of their guys acted on an incorrect diagnosis by a tow truck driver and went deep into my engine. I'm a "car guy" and it didn't sound right. Joe invited me down to the shop to take a look at the situation. He agreed that it was a mistake and they put the engine back together and by starting at square one, got the correct diagnosis. Ruark and Sons is the only place we take our vehicles. They do a really good job and always take time to make sure your vehicle is in excellent running condition before returning it to you. They also don't try and oversell on things you don't need. I've trusted these guys for many years!
