I would NOT recommend this office to anyone. I saw Dr Giselle Ruano Dec 18 and she told me I would have to wait about 6 weeks for my insurance company to approve the mental health testing that I would need. 8 weeks go by, and I don't hear from anyone. I called my insurance company to find out more information and they tell me Dr Ruano never put in any authorization for testing!! I called Dr Ruano's office to find out what's going on. I waited a week and she never returned my phone call, so I called again, waited another week... read more
