It was a terrible experience. They asked me for a deposit and an additional payment to secure an apartment, and I submitted the required paperwork; they assured me the apartment was ready for me. I even handed over the apartment I was currently living in, only for them to call and tell me there was no apartment anymore and that I should come pick up my money. There was absolutely no professionalism or reliability.
The broker had great expertise and knew what he was doing through the whole process. Very very nice man. Highly recommend.
