My experience was with Dr. Sodergren. I have had other mental health professional in the past. I can unequivocally say that Dr. Sodergren was by far the best. He helped me address issues that no other mental health professional has ever been able to successfully treat. He provided excellent strategies to deal with these issues outside of office visits. Dr. Sodergren was always easily accessible, kind, and understanding. I cannot recommend him and Ruah Woods highly enough.
