RTX came as a recommendation from Home Depot for a fan installation. Robert missed his appointment and even after he came out there were issues with the fan. It has been 4 months of trying to get him to come back out to fix his work. I’ll never use him again and suggest you don’t either.
Asked for an electrical service over the weekend via Home Depot referral. Was called Sunday night for an appointment between 2-3pm next day Monday. I turn down two other electricians that called Monday morning. I move my washer and dryer out of my laundry room to ensure they have no obstructions. 3:30pm on Monday comes and no one is here, I call and he needs to reschedul for today Wednesday at 11am. Knows his stuff but you must get your quote in writing first. Otherwise, he will charge more at the end. It is very uncomfortable.
Very nice polite men who did work at my house. I deeply regret that Robert had a stroke and has not come back to finish up the job he was doing. I just pray he can recover and live a normal wholesome life again.
