RTW came highly recommended from an EV rep and they did not disappoint. They are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They have answered all of our questions and been an amazing support when we had a warranty claim. We love our new set-up. If your church or business is doing a renovation I would certainly START WITH RTW.
This company has been charged by the EEOC for firing me for whistle blowing. A manager from the Oilville office refused to hire a female technician because "she would distract the married men" when I brought up my concerns, I was fired exactly a week later.
Do not work for, or hire this company. I am a former employee that worked for RTW for 3.5 years, and in that time I had nothing but good employee reviews. In the last few months I worked there, I was put in charge of quality control in the Roanoke area. I was told by my manager that I was being too picky with my punch list items. Things like dozens of RJ45 ends not terminated properly, cables zip tied to sprinkler pipes, equipment mounted wrong, and entire floors not certified, were of no concern to him.
