The staff there are nice and professional. However, I was surprised that I received an almost $250 bill for my covid testing here in June (the website claims that there is no co-pay or out-of-pocket cost for people with current insurance) because of their out-of-network status. I am surprised by the charge and the cost of the test. [Update: I received a very quick response from the owner, explaining that I will not actually be billed. My family has tested here several times over the course of a year. Each and every time, each employee has been kind and quick especially with our toddler (who we’re pretty sure would become a wwe body slammer if it were not for his superior and amazingly accurate throwing skills of wooden play food). Made an appointment yesterday and got multiple confirmation e-mails and text messages. Arrived on time for appointment this morning and it was a ghost town. There was no testing site set up nor were there any employees hanging around. Tried to call and their VM box was full. Thanks for wasting my time.
