My minor child has a service animal completely documented by the state, and three doctors and I was told by this company that I would have to pay a non-refundable pet fee/deposit. As an attorney admitted to practice, I can assure you this unquestionably violates Federal Law, [see generally Fair Housing Act (FHA) and Americans with Disability Act (ADA) ] and can result in huge fines in the thousands. This has been the absolute worst rental experience we've ever had. Our issues never were fixed in a timely matter, in some cases not fixed at all, and when they were addressed it was 'fixed' incorrectly and therefore reoccurred over and over. Our apartment was entered without notice or permission at least three times that we are aware of. Mold was present the entire time we lived there and never properly addressed.
