Waste Management has been a very reliable vendor. Easy to work with and great at resolving issues
Horrible customer service-impossible to get someone on the phone or to call back. Incompetency at its highest level. Missed pickup, driver couldn’t find location-multiple times. Charge for overflowing garbage and extra pickup even though they missed pick up. Worst company in existence! Save the stress. Find a smaller company .
