Horrible customer service-impossible to get someone on the phone or to call back. Incompetency at its highest level. Missed pickup, driver couldn’t find location-multiple times. Charge for overflowing garbage and extra pickup even though they missed pick up. Worst company in existence! Save the stress. Find a smaller company .
They don't show up for the pickup and yet send the bills. Called the customer service multiple times and they hang up on me.
