Disappointing Decline in Care After SMH Takeover I used to receive excellent care at GenesisCare/Venice Urology, but ever since SMH took over and it became RTR Urology, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The front desk staff was replaced, and the new receptionist is shockingly rude and lacking in basic compassion or customer service skills. I like Erin she great. A little hard to get them on the phone but other than that there great
I don't usually write a bad review but when you don't return phone calls or refund your fee then that's what ya gonna get! Was charged for the procedure and told I would get reimbursed soon after. It's been months and still nothing.
As others stated, poor phone experience. It is their choice to be unpersonable and not speak directly with their patients. Phone tag is NOT professional. My experience with Dr. Klutke has been fair.
