I first called Ray of RTP roofing 16 years ago. We had a really bad Colorado wind storm and lost some roof shingles. Ray came out within a day of the call and did a high quality repair at a great price. Everyone in his company is sooo customer focused. RTP replaced my roof in 2018 and I was very pleased. They did a great job for a competitive price. Alec returned a few months ago to inform me there had been some manufacturing defects with the shingles they installed and wanted to inspect my roof. Sure enough the Malarkey shingles I had installed had the defect. We submitted a claim and Malarkey honored their warranty. RTP, Ray and his team, are amazing. They are 'old school' customer service oriented which is so refreshing. They are reliable and the guys that come out to do the work are spot on.
Ray and the RTP crew have done 3 roofs on our home and 2 large utility sheds. In my opinion they sre 2nd to none! I'm sure their are people out in our community that come home from work just to find garbage that wasn't picked up, roofing nails That cost you a couple of tires because they were none repairable not to mention the inconvenience of the old roofing material blowing into your neighbors property! Thanks RTP for a great project. We added some gutter and downspouts, remove s few roof penetrations and fixed about 100 or so tiles from hail. Significantly less then a full roof or deductible. Great budget and extremely clean.
