I ordered a large sympathy arrangement for my brothers'' funeral on a Monday. I had to have it delivered because I was traveling to the funeral and the place we were going was not able to fulfil the order. On Thursday I received an arrangement that was not anything near what i had ordered. I paid $120 for the flowers and they werent even fresh. I tried calling the shop and they were closed. They closed at 1:30 pm and i received the flowers at 3:30pm. I had to go to another florest to get the proper flowers at another $120. I... read more
I'm very surprised at the 3.9 rating but after reading some of the 1 star reviews I realize it's mostly just cranky people rather than the quality of the business. Leaving a company 1 star because they didn't respond to an online inquiry is laughable.. maybe just pick up the phone and call them? Anyway- I just received the MOST beautiful bouquet from my husband for our 1 year wedding anniversary. Very impressed with the arrangement and the quality of flowers. We will absolutely be using RTP Fresh Flowers again in the future ... read more
