I have a friend who's trying to sell their home, and the realtor Staci has some type of contract that says they can't find another realtor trying to sell their home faster, because they (Staci) say that they only want to do one open house showing and also does showings thru email only, no phone call, only emails, and schedules showings without confirmation if it's okay for their client at that time.
