I had a great experience renting through RTK. The property managers were always super nice and professional and Maintenance was quick to resolve issues and did a great job with repairs. Sarah and Jason were great to work with. The Bass Ave apartments in particular were a perfect home for college students. Very easy walkability to class and downtown. Frustrating Experience – Poor Maintenance and Unfair Charges Address: 1026 South Park Drive, Apt 1B I stayed at 1026 South Park Drive, Apt 1B for nearly 1.8 years. While the location was convenient, my overall experience was frustrating—especially with maintenance issues, lease termination, and move-out charges. Absolute WORST rental company I've ever worked with. The owner of our rental switched to this company after using another one for 3 years. Once they switched to RTK we started looking for new places immediately. I've never met someone so money hungry and unreasonable in my life. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!
