We recently had RTI build a deck for us, upon the strong recommendation of our neighbor who recently used them as well. Our experience with RTI was exceptional. From working with TJ on design and pricing to Ryan and his crew during the build. Their customer service was excellent and the quality of their work was outstanding. I very, very highly recommend RTI for any deck project.
We had RTI Services replace our back deck. TJ was excellent in explaining our options and providing pricing. The crew arrived on time kept the work site clean and were a really nice group of people. The porch is even better than we hoped for. They were profesional, clean and punctual. I highly reccomend them. Couldn't be happier.
We decided on a new deck, and received three quotes. By far, the most organized and professional was the quote by RTI Services. They even provided a 3-D image of how the deck would look once completed, which helped us understand how it would look on the house.
