We recently had RTI build a deck at our property, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Our project turned out to be more complex than we had originally anticipated, as it involved planning for a new concrete pad and a hot tub (neither of which existed previously), along with coordination with a third-party vendor to match railings already installed on a separate patio at our property. I was very impressed by RTI, highly recommended. They came out to replace some rotten beams and put down a new footing at the bottom of a complicated three-tiered deck. They discovered more issues once they started, but TJ (one of the owners) was very up front and honest about the new findings. In January, I had RTI Services build a deck for me. TJ gave me 3-D drawings on what the deck would look like before they started the job. His crew did an amazing job, the deck looks beautiful just like the drawings.They cleaned up the area and kept me informed every day. Best of all the price was competitive. I would definitely recommend RTI services. Great job Noah and the crew that built it.

These guys are fantastic. They were professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and very good at what they do. The first thing I would say is don’t be bothered that they say they cost a little more because they pay their guys more to retain good people. In the long run, I’m quite sure they saved us money because of how fast they worked. They take care of virtually everything if you want them to as well.
