TLDR: Roaches, termites, structural building issues, RODENTS, and nonexistent communication from absolutely USELESS management. It appears as if my previous review of this company has been removed. If I could rate this company NEGATIVE stars, I would. They manage a building at 1151 Walnut Avenue in Long Beach, CA as well as many others throughout LA county.
