Came from Germany and wanted to enhance my speed/agility and the workouts are really really great! Ryan is a great guy and he knows exactly what hes doing! Good Coach, Good Knowledge and a very cool Guy!
My daughter has been attending speed and agility classes for about 5 months now and she is showing significant signs of improvement. Coach Ryan is great with motivating these young athletes. It makes the hard work they put in there bearable. His knowledge of the workouts and the nutritional piece are top notch!
I take both my boys to RTG Performance Academy and notice a difference in both strength and speed. They enjoy working with Coach Ryan as he pushes them and creates a fun environment for them! He definitely holds them accountable but praises them when it’s deserved too. The things they work on carry over to all the sports they play and we notice a difference on both the football & baseball fields. It’s a bit of a drive for us but we would not go anywhere else.
