I have a 2019 389. I was getting a traction control fault code, so I brought it in. They ran tests and told me it was the ABS module. They ordered the part (took about 3wks) installed it and it didn't correct the problem. Then they said that the problem was the wiring harness. This was not a stocked part so it has to be manufacturered. When the part came in, I dropped off my truck to them, they kept the truck about 3wks. I brokedown and was brought here on 12th just before closing.TORI,Service Manager arranged for mechanic to take me to Super 8 motel before he left.They were backed up but worked on my truck next day and on Monday ordered Air Dryer.Due to delay with Postal Service did NOT receive part until yesterday but LOIS immediatley and I mean IMMEDIATELY got to work removing my defective Air Dryer which was difficult due to frozen air lines but put in brand new.I was on my way after staying in hotel for 7 days.The Porter never delayed a... read more
Great staff, great service manager, great location.
Great shop, little pricey but always fixed right. I guess if you want things fixed right the first time, you will pay a little more.
