RTC was recommended to me by my insurance agent after I had a leak during a rainstorm. I called the office, and they were very friendly and helpful. Jordan called me back in less than an hour, and made arrangements to come out the next morning. He was courteous and professional, he located the likely cause and made a repair on the spot. Excellent experience, and I will definitely contact them again with any roofing needs when they arise.
I had to file and Insurance claim on my roof from hail damage. My Insurance recommended this company (RTC). WOW! Was I impressed! I worked with Brian and Jordan. I was in the middle of selling my house and had a time line to meet for closing. They conquered every obstacle I threw at them, they communicated very well, I highly recommended this company.
The night before an early morning closing we ran into an obstacle with insurance funding that could have severely complicated everything at the last minute. Jordan was a tremendous help and a key factor to keeping things together. He helped us after hours and made several calls and put necessary paperwork together with an attitude and and energy that was so positive, helpful, and kind that it brought up the morale of the rest of us in the situation.
